Greetings from Cameroon!

The photos below show where I want to establish a SYFA Resource Centre for rural youths, children and low income farmers. This building is an old one that needs renovation, equipments, furniture etc. The owner wants to sell it and there is bit of struggle just because I am aspiring to use it. I struggle to pay rents every month with money from the little voluntary service I render to my community. There is enough space that we want to start organic vegetable demo, nursery animal farm that shall all be use during training.

I also need to employ staff to work with the various coordination units of SYFA i.e. Organic farming, Environmental Education and SYFA Volunteer programme. The building is located 100m away from Chua-Chua Botanical gardens that am creating in Nkambe.

I am working on the cost of all what needs to be done and everything being equal, we want to start the training programmes by Jan 2008. I am calling on everybody who can help us to raise funds to buy this building, renovate and equip it so the vision of SYFA comes true. Let us join hands to work for the long term sustainability of our planet earth.
